Perform pressure vessel design calculations. 2. Design shells, heads, and nozzles. 3. Evaluate internal and external pressure. 4. Select materials per code requirements. 5. Design supports and lifting lugs. 6. Ensure ASME Section VIII compliance. 7. Prepare fabrication drawings. 8. Review vendor drawings. 9. Support inspection and testing plans. 10. Prepare calculation reports. 11. Coordinate with fabrication teams. 12. Address design revisions. 13. Support certification activities. 14. Ensure safety margins. 15. Maintain technical documentation. 16. Support project execution.
